Take a breath... discover your Ultimate Outcome

Saturday 11 February 2012, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Want to explore how your life could be different? To design what's next? Want to focus on what's important to you, and make that bigger, and more alive?

Spark Coach invites you to join us for a one-day coaching workshop at Hanger Farm - a day of inspiration, revitalisation and discovery.

We'll help you take a breath, and get back in touch with your priorities, your dreams and your goals – in order to discover your Ultimate Outcome.

No matter how you spend your days, how much you earn or how old you are, the workshop is about taking some time just for you. It's time to discover what you really want, what's possible, and get purposeful about creating that.

 (full price £175).

Included in the workshop is:

  • A full day of coach-led activities.
  • An energising Yoga session.
  • A workshop 'toolkit' to take away.
  • Amazing! A further one-hour phone-coaching session with Spark Coach after the workshop (included in the price).
  • Plus! A hearty, healthy breakfast, lunch and all afternoon refreshments.
